Integramerica Cross-Border Document Readiness Review
Before you mail originals or pay for an apostille, we review the document's complete route. The review helps determine whether it calls for a state apostille, federal authentication or consular legalization and which preliminary steps may be missing.
Prepared and reviewed by Integramerica, coordinating U.S. documents for international use since 2004.

A practical explanation of the likely route and the details that still need confirmation from the receiving authority.
Correct authority
We identify whether the document is state, federal, notarial, judicial, academic or corporate.
Prior preparation
We check whether it appears to need a certified copy, notarization or intermediate certification.
Destination and use
We consider the country, receiving institution and stated purpose of the document.
Route and quote
We separate the steps, estimated timing, shipping and cost components.

We explain what Integramerica can coordinate and what must be confirmed with the recipient.
What we check in a real file
A file containing a power of attorney signed in Florida, a vital record issued in New York and an FBI background check does not use one apostille for everything. Each document follows the authority tied to its origin. The review organizes those routes before the client mails the originals.
What this review does not promise
- It is not legal advice and does not determine the legal wording of a power of attorney or contract.
- It does not guarantee acceptance by a foreign authority; that authority makes the final decision.
- It does not present estimates as official processing times or combine government fees with service fees.
- It does not require Social Security numbers, banking information or other highly sensitive data for an initial review.
