Documents from several states and the federal government? We coordinate everything

Send us your entire document list, wherever each one came from: a Florida birth certificate, a New York marriage certificate, a Texas diploma, an FBI background check. We identify the competent authority for each document and coordinate every route, so you manage one project with us instead of several separate ones.

Documents from several U.S. states organized for apostille
Multi-state and federal coordination
Why this matters

Each document follows its own authority, we track them together

A single case, an immigration file, a citizenship application, a business transaction, an inheritance, often involves documents issued by several different authorities at once: two or three state vital records offices, a county clerk of court, and a federal agency like the FBI, USCIS or NARA. Each one has its own process, its own competent authority for the apostille, and sometimes its own timeline. Since 2004, Integramerica has coordinated documents from all 50 states and eligible federal documents. This page is specifically for cases where several of those pieces need to move together.

We don't apply one apostille to an entire file, that's not how apostilles work. What we do is manage the coordination: identifying the correct authority for each document, sequencing the requests so nothing expires before the rest is ready, and giving you one point of contact instead of several disconnected processes.

Important

What we coordinate

Multiple states, tracked independently

A document from each state follows that state's own process. We track each one, so you don't have to manage several agencies separately.

Federal documents, their own authority

Federal documents (like an FBI background check or a naturalization certificate) are apostilled by the U.S. Department of State, not any state, and often require a prior step before they're apostille-ready.

Sequencing to avoid expiration

When some documents move faster than others, or have a shorter accepted age at the destination, we help you sequence requests so the whole set stays valid together.

One point of contact

Instead of tracking several separate vendors or offices, you send us the full list and we manage the coordination across all of it.

How it works

Three steps for a multi-document project

1

Send us your entire list

Every document, wherever it's from: state, county or federal. Tell us the destination and any deadline.

2

We map the authority for each document

We confirm the competent authority and any prior steps for every document on your list, and flag which ones need to move first.

3

We coordinate the whole project

We manage each document's process in parallel, sequenced so the full set is ready and valid together, with one point of contact throughout.

FAQ

Questions about multi-state and federal coordination

Send us your full document list and we'll map out the plan.

Can one company really handle documents from several states and the federal government?+
Yes, that's exactly what we coordinate: identifying the correct authority for each document and managing the process for each one, so you have a single point of contact instead of several separate vendors.
Can one apostille cover documents from different states?+
No. Each document is apostilled individually by its own competent authority. We coordinate all of them together, but each one still needs its own apostille.
How do you avoid some documents expiring before others are ready?+
We review the destination's requirements for each document and sequence the requests, starting the slower or shorter-validity documents first when needed.
What if I only have some of my documents so far?+
Send us what you have and the list of what's still pending. We can start on what's ready while helping you plan the rest.
Do you handle translations for a multi-document file too?+
Yes, when the destination requires certified translation, we can coordinate that alongside the apostille process for each document.
